Chinese style: Korean style:
Light soy sauce. Light soy sauce for cooking wine. brown sugar
Oyster sauce, garlic salt, pear and minced garlic.
Tomato sauce, lemon juice and chopped green onion, sesame oil
Pepper. Boiled black sesame and white sesame with spiced powder
Salt, cumin and Chili powder

Chinese style:
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, garlic paste, tomato sauce, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, spiced powder and Chili powder to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir well. Cured meat or dipping sauce can be used. Cured for more than two hours or one night.
Korean:
