I want to know what life and rest are like in the Armed Police Force. What do you do every day and what will be discussed in the class? Thank you~
I have been in the Armed Police Academy for some time, and my schedule will be slightly adjusted. Summer and winter are different. Get up at 6: 30 in the morning, then either run, queue up, or catch enemy fists, practice for ten or twenty minutes, go back and clean up the house, then gather, sing and eat. At around 8 o'clock, we will have a meeting and start a day's training. Do exercises at 11 noon, have dinner, rest until 2 o'clock after dinner, clean up the house, and meet at 2: 30 to continue training. Stop practicing here at five o'clock. After dinner, there will be a small group training at 6: 30, and the time is uncertain. Sometimes it's a little early, take a bath at night, rest, and go to bed at 10. There will be a class meeting at 8: 00 every Sunday evening, and the discussion will cover internal affairs, training, class unity, discipline, personal health, thoughts and so on. And discuss almost everything. There are queues, enemy punches, physical fitness, tactics, shooting, and so on. Being a soldier is tired. . . .
