How to make braised pork rice :

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Cut off both ends of the small onion.

3. Peel the small onions.

4. Cut small onions into rings.

5. Add a small amount of starch, mix evenly and break up the small onion rings.

6. Heat the lard.

7. When the oil is dissolved, heat 5 layers.

8. Add shredded onions.

9. Half-fried and half-fried, evaporate the water to dryness.

10. When the water vapor gradually decreases, the small onion silk will float and the color will turn slightly yellow.

11. Pick it up quickly and drain the oil.

12. Spread flatly on kitchen paper, absorb the oil and let cool.

13. The lard obtained by filtering out shredded onions has many uses. I will talk about its uses in future blogs.

14. The cool shredded onions are the crispy onions.

15. Put the fried onions into a plastic bag and crush them.

16. Wash the fresh pork belly and cut into 0.5cm dices.

17. Slice the ginger (chopped if you can eat ginger) and mince the garlic.

18. Heat the oil in the wok and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

19. Add diced pork belly.

20. Fry slowly until slightly colored.

21. Control excess oil.

22. Add light soy sauce, aniseed, Shaoxing wine, rock sugar, allspice, pepper and warm water.

23. Don’t use too much water, just add 1cm more than the diced meat. Add the shallot crumbs.

24. Stir fry evenly

25. You can change the soup pot or casserole.

26. I threw in a few more boiled eggs.

27. Continue to heat the pot for 8 minutes.

28. If you are using the Aidobon no-fire reboiler, you can remove it from the fire and continue to simmer for 1 hour. (If it is an ordinary soup pot or casserole, it can be simmered slowly for about 2 hours)

29. Look at the colored braised eggs.

30. The house-filling braised pork is out.
