Practice: 1. Get the chopped peppers ready. 2. Wash the smoked dried tofu. 3. Cut into strips. 4. Put oil in a hot pan and fry the smoked dried bean curd for one minute. 5. Add chopped peppers and stir fry a few times. 6. Add salt and stir well. 7. Put it out and stir well. 8. Add oyster sauce and stir well.
9. Boil with proper amount of water for one minute.
10. Bring the pot and put it on the plate.
