Seasoning: ginger (moderate amount), onion (moderate amount), garlic (moderate amount), sliced meat (moderate amount), Chinese cabbage (moderate amount), chicken essence powder (moderate amount), Chili sauce (moderate amount), tomato sauce (moderate amount) and sugar (moderate amount).
Practice steps:
1. Heat onion oil and saute shredded ginger, onion, garlic and fish cake.
2. Pour in the marinated meat slices and stir fry.
3. Pour the overnight dishes together and stir fry for a while.
4. Add cabbage and stir well. (I saw more materials, but I didn't add cabbage at last)
5, add the right amount of water to fry.
6. Add Chili sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and chicken powder and mix well.
7. Boil the sauce, add the noodles and stir fry until it is completely mixed with the ingredients.
8. After the noodles are cooked, they can be served in a big plate.
