The home cooking method of stir-fried vermicelli with cabbage is as follows:
Materials/tools: 1 handful of vermicelli, half cabbage, a little flour, water, salt, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil , chicken powder, cooking oil, knives, pots, chopsticks, basins, plates.
1. Cut the cabbage in half from the middle, then take half of the cabbage and remove the hard core in the middle, then cut it into thin strips with a knife, and put the cut thin strips into clean water. Add appropriate amount of salt and flour and wash thoroughly.
2. Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the vermicelli, and cook until the vermicelli is transparent and there is no hard core. The time is about 6 minutes. Use chopsticks to stir the vermicelli from time to time. Heat evenly to avoid sticking to the bottom.
3. Then take the vermicelli out and put it in cold water, drain it, cut it into pieces and put it in a basin. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, continue to add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce for coloring, and stir evenly.
4. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage becomes translucent.
5. Add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a small amount of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of chili oil, a little salt, a small amount of chicken powder, and quickly stir-fry over high heat until the flavor is absorbed.
6. Take it out of the pot, put it on a plate, stir-fry the cabbage and stir-fry the vermicelli and you are done.
