Ingredients: 250g pork, 4 green peppers and 3 garlic cloves.
Accessories: soy sauce 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, starch 1.5 spoon, 2 tablespoons clear water, sugar and salt.
1. Slice lean meat. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp starch to the shredded pork and marinate evenly for 20 minutes.
2. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, appropriate amount of sugar and half a tbsp starch into the bowl, then add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
3. Shred green peppers and chopped garlic.
4. Heat the oil in the wok, pour in the shredded pork, stir fry and plate.
5. Leave the base oil on the minced garlic and stir fry. Add shredded green pepper, pour in shredded pork and stir well. Pour the sauce on the fire and collect the juice.
