5. After acceptance, the semi-finished products will be baked in the baking room for 3 to 5 days. Then they will enter the kiln to start the firing process, which usually takes about 24 hours. Then, the kiln door will be closed, allowing carbon to penetrate into the embryo and cool down. Cooling for more than 36 hours before leaving the kiln, that is, the finished product.
