Adding Polygonatum sibiricum can make the soup more fresh and sweet, and the soup will not have a medicinal taste. Polygonatum has obvious effects in replenishing qi, and Polygonatum is relatively mild in nature, so it can be used all year round.
The picture shows dried polygonatum tablets, which can be purchased in general Chinese medicine pharmacies or soup shops. The dendrobium in this formula can be used or not. Dendrobium is rich in a variety of trace elements and has obvious plant gum. If you have peeled fresh dendrobium, you will know that the ingredients in the dendrobium stems are almost gel-like. Adding it to the soup can increase the colloid content and nutritional content, improving the health effect of the soup.
Method:
1. It is best to buy live chickens now and let the store slaughter them on site, remove the hair and chop them into pieces. This saves you a lot of troublesome steps. Especially for women. 6. Continue to cook, usually two or three hours is enough. It doesn’t matter if you cook for a while longer. Just add a few wolfberry berries for decoration before serving.
