Avoid spicy and warm food.
Spicy and warm foods such as garlic, peppers and leeks are best avoided temporarily, not to mention drinking!
Sugar and garlic are inedible.
Although sugar and garlic are delicious, they are easy to hurt body fluids, consume qi and blood, aggravate qi and blood weakness, and may also lead to constipation. Therefore, it is best not to eat sugar and garlic for a period of time after delivery!
Dutch beans should be eaten less or not.

Within 6 hours after delivery, mothers should choose liquid foods that are helpful for venting, such as millet brown sugar porridge, radish soup and Chen Pizhou. So it's best to eat less or not to eat Dutch beans during this time!
Gradually transition to a normal diet
After the intestinal gas is exhausted, you can switch to semi-liquid food 1-2 days, such as porridge, noodle soup, wonton, etc. And then switch to a normal diet.
