4. Pour the blanched pork belly, add cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, star anise and cinnamon and stir well.

5. Add a proper amount of water, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes after the fire is boiled.

6. finally collect the juice.

Third, Mapo tofu.

Materials:

300 grams of tofu, minced beef, bean paste, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil.

Exercise:

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch it for later use.

2. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, heat it, add pepper, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry for fragrance.

3. Add bean paste and stir-fry red oil, then add minced beef and stir-fry.

4. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly.

5. Pour in the cooked tofu, add salt and appropriate amount of water to boil.

6. Finally, add sesame oil and chopped green onion.
