Xian Xinghai (1905 ~ 1945) composer. Panyu, Guangdong, was born in Macau. He studied music in the Middle School Attached to Lingnan University, Peking University Conservatory of Music and National Conservatory of Music. 1929 winter went to France to work and study, and was admitted to the Paris Conservatory of Music to study composition. From 65438 to 0935, he returned to China, actively participated in the Anti-Japanese National Salvation Movement, and later went to Yan 'an to be the director of Lu Yi Music Department, during which he created two immortal works, The Yellow River Cantata and The Chorus of Production. 1940 went to study in the Soviet union, 1945 died in Moscow. He wrote a lot of songs, movie music and chorus songs in his life, among which the famous songs are Saving the Country for Survival, Guerrilla, Going to Taihang Mountain and Going Behind the Enemy. Children's song "I am afraid of not resisting" and so on. Instrumental works mainly include symphonies National Liberation and Jihad.
