Cake is a dessert made of glutinous rice, red beans, mung beans and other materials. It tastes soft, sweet and delicious. It is said that it was created by a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty and has a history of one hundred years.
In addition to these traditional cuisines, there is also a special dish in our hometown-chicken hotpot. This dish takes local black-bone chicken as the main raw material, with all kinds of fresh vegetables and special seasonings. Delicious and nutritious, it is deeply loved by local people.
Finally, my personal favorite-fried rice noodles. This dish is mainly rice flour, with shredded pork, chopped green onion, bean sprouts and so on. And then stir-fry with various seasonings. After cooking, it has a delicate taste, good color and fragrance, and is a very distinctive food in our hometown.
