Pig liver soup. Prepare pig liver 200g, spinach 100g, peanut oil, salt, ginger 30g, cooking wine, raw flour and sesame oil. Prepare all the materials first. Remove white tendons from pork liver, wash spinach and peel ginger. Cut ginger into powder for later use. Slice the pig liver with white tendons removed. Sesame pig liver. Prepare 300g pork liver, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of blending oil, appropriate amount of raw flour and appropriate amount of sesame seeds. Get the materials ready first. Slice pig liver and soak it in cold water until clean. Drain the soaked pork liver, add cooking wine, soy sauce and corn starch, and stir until it is starchy. Add oil to the hot pot and stir-fry the marinated pork liver. Stir-fry pork liver until cooked, and add sesame seeds to improve taste and color. Sesame pork liver is ready in one serving.
