1. Open ps to create a new file, and then find the text option in the toolbox.

2. Select the text and enter the text in the newly created file.

3. Select the text layer in the layer, and then find the stroke option in the layer style below.

4. Click the stroke option and set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box.

5. After setting the parameters, you can see that a border appears on the text.
