Korean brazier consists of barbecue and vegetables. There is a small stove in the center of the brazier for cook the meat and vegetables. Beef or pork for barbecue, sliced and roasted on a brazier. Vegetables, including onions, peppers and garlic, are also baked on the brazier.
In winter, around the brazier, the oil is fragrant. Drinking white wine or rice wine warms the heart and stomach. In summer, the brazier is sweating and steaming.
