Required ingredients: vermicelli 100g, Chinese cabbage 500g, pork belly 100g, 5ml of cooking oil, chopped green onion 15g, ginger slices 10g, 2 star anise, 5g of light soy sauce, 3g of salt and 200ml of water.
1. Boil the vermicelli in water until it becomes soft, as shown in the figure below.
2. Cut the cabbage into sections, as shown in the figure below.
3. Slice pork belly, as shown in the figure below.
4. Pour the oil into the pot and add the onion, ginger and star anise, as shown below.
5. Put the pork belly in the pot and stir-fry until it changes color, then pour in the cabbage and stir-fry evenly, and then add soy sauce to continue stirring, as shown in the figure below.
6. Finally, add water, vermicelli and salt and bring to a boil, as shown below.
7. The finished product is as follows, as shown in the figure below.
