The ingredients needed are pork belly, rock sugar, ginger, chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce and soy sauce.
First of all, we will wash the pork belly we bought home with clear water, and then cut it into pieces of appropriate size, which can generally be cut into squares of about two centimeters. Put a pot of water in the pot, add some ginger and salt, and heat the pork belly in the pot with cold water. After boiling, cook for five minutes with high fire. Take out the pork belly and wash the floating foam off the surface with cold water. The most important thing in this step is to put it in a pot with cold water, otherwise it will be easy to make.
In the second step, we fry it brown in an oil pan and put a proper amount of cooking oil in the pan. When the oil temperature reaches 60%, let's fry pork belly in the pot first. When the surface of our pork belly is basically golden and the oil inside is fried, we will take it out and put it in a bowl for later use. Then put the rock sugar into the pot and stir fry slowly. When we fry rock sugar, we must turn it into a small fire and stir it bit by bit. After the crystal sugar is completely melted, we pour the pork belly into the pot, add the right amount of boiling water and turn to a big fire, and cook together. Be careful to add water to drown the pork belly.
Step 3: After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook slowly. When we add more fresh water than the original 1/3, we can add some soy sauce and salt to taste. Finally, sprinkle a layer of chopped green onion to collect juice before adding fire. Very delicious.
