How long does it take for pig's trotters to burn?
If you want to stew the fragrant and rotten trotters, it won't take long, but you need to add one more step, that is, you can cut more knives on the trotters before stewing, so it will be more delicious when stewing ~

Stewed trotters with crisp and rotten soybeans

Composition:

Two trotters, cut into small pieces, half a bowl of soybeans, 3 tbsps of sugar, 0.5 tbsps of soy sauce/kloc-0, 3 tbsps of cooking wine/kloc-0, 3 dried peppers, 2 star anise, 0/0 pepper/kloc-0, 2 slices of cinnamon/kloc-0, 2 slices of fragrant leaves and fennel/kloc.

Cooking steps:

1. Soak soybeans overnight in advance, or more than half a day.

2. Boil pig's trotters in cold water to remove blood foam.

3. Wash in cold water and drain.

4. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar in the oil pan until it is saccharified, stir-fry until caramel color, and stir-fry the trotters for a while.

5. Add soy sauce, salt and the remaining spoonful of sugar and mix well.

6. Add water, add onions, ginger and other seasonings (wrapped in gauze), boil, and simmer for at least one and a half hours.

7. Stew the trotters soft, add salt, and collect the juice over medium heat.

Recipe tip:

1, I like sweet things, so I put more sugar in it. If I don't like sweets, I can just stir-fry with a spoonful of sugar.

2, you can use a pressure cooker, which will save a lot of time, but don't put so much water, just press it and get the juice.
