1. Remove gills and viscera of loach and rinse.
2. Rinse the tofu, too
Cut tofu into pieces
4. Take the oil pan and saute shallots and ginger.
5. Stir-fry the tofu in the pot.
6. Add enough water to the pot.
Put in loach
8. Add beer and salt and bring to a boil.
9. Skim off the foam with a small spoon.
10. Cook over high heat 10 minutes, add vegetables and chicken powder and mix well.
