Marinade: about 30ml pickle juice, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, korean chili sauce 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, and sugar 1 teaspoon.
Seasoning: rice wine 1 tablespoon, korean chili sauce 1 tablespoon.
Fried pork with kimchi;
1. Add pork slices into all marinades, mix well, and then marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Wash shallots, cut peppers into small pieces and chop garlic.
3. Stir the rice wine with sauce and korean chili sauce for later use.
