I reinstalled it countless times but it didn’t work. Then I tried the 1001 professional version and finally the two toolbars appeared in one interface. As a result, suapp was grayed out and could not be clicked at all.

For the educational version of 1001, you can only use that one and install it again, and then the other one disappears
