Ingredients: 800g trotters, 500ml water.
Seasoning: 25ml of cooking wine, 5g of sugar, 2g of salt, soy sauce 10ml, 30g of ginger, 20ml of soy sauce, nutmeg 1 slice, fragrant leaves 1 slice, aniseed 1 slice, angelica dahurica 1 slice and appropriate amount of pepper.
Practice steps:
1. Take 800g pig's trotters and blanch them to remove the fishy smell.
2. Take another queen's pot, pour pig's trotters, add 25ml cooking wine, 5g sugar, 2g salt, soy sauce 10ml, 30g ginger and 20ml soy sauce.
3. 500ml of water, 65,438 pieces of nutmeg, 65,438 pieces of fragrant leaves, 65,438 pieces of aniseed, 65,438 pieces of angelica dahurica and several pieces of pepper.
4. Simmer for two hours and take it out.
