Goose blood Maogen decoction
Ingredients: cooked goose blood100g, fresh cogongrass rhizome 200g, Lai Xiang 20g, a little chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.
Methods: 1. Clean fresh grass roots, cut into sections, add appropriate amount of water, decoct for 30 minutes, remove residues and leave juice for later use.
2. Cut the cooked goose blood into small pieces 1 cm square; Wash coriander and cut into 2 cm long sections for later use.
3. Add sesame oil to the pot, heat it, add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and soy sauce to the wok, add white thatch juice and goose blood, cook for 5 ~ 10 minute, add coriander, vinegar and monosodium glutamate to taste, and put it in a bowl.
Features: Red and green set each other off and the soup is delicious.
Efficacy: detumescence and detoxification.
Goose meat is bloody and has the effects of detoxifying, choking and promoting blood circulation. Clinical reports show that treating esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and rectal cancer with goose blood can alleviate symptoms and delay life, and some cases can be cured. Fresh cogongrass rhizome has the effects of cooling serum heat, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. Sweet but not muddy, cold but not hinder the stomach, and diuresis does not hurt yin. milk tremella
Raw materials: tremella 100g, fresh milk 50g, water chestnut 15g, sugar 40g, white vinegar, monosodium glutamate, refined salt, mustard oil, etc.
Method:
1. Wash tremella, soak it in warm water, blanch it with clear water, take it out and drain it, and put it on a plate for later use.
