Zhang Weixian's Main Achievements
Under the leadership of the Party organization, members of the Northeast National Salvation Association have done a lot of work, obtained a lot of important information and trained many excellent information workers. For example, Zhang Mengshi (formerly known as Zhang) and Ding Fei (formerly known as Ding Fei), the youngest sons of the Puppet Manchukuo Prime Minister Zhang Jinghui; Yu Jingchun, son of Yu Chonghan, director of the local autonomy guidance department of the Puppet Manchukuo (directly under the Japanese Kwantung Army) (he is an instructor of the Puppet Manchukuo Military Academy, and his brother Yu Jingyuan is the Minister of Economic Affairs of the Puppet Manchukuo); Tong Zhibin, the son of Tong Jixi, the chief bodyguard of the Puppet Manchukuo Emperor Puyi (also written as Tong, I am an instructor of the Lieutenant Colonel of the Puppet Manchukuo Military Academy and the captain of a warship on the Qianjiang River); Pu Yi's nephew, Lieutenant Colonel Xian Dong, the head of the pseudo anti-aircraft gun; Wang Cheng (formerly known as Wang Henglie) and Wang Qian (formerly known as Wang Hengxu), sons of Major General of the Puppet Manchukuo Military Justice Department; Sun Wei (formerly known as Sun Zhongyuan) was the son of a colonel and brigade commander in the pseudo-Harbin military control zone. Among the members of this intelligence organization, there is Jin Yousheng (pseudo-navy captain, commander's secretary Jiang) lurking in the navy; In the army, there is Dish (the pseudo-army lieutenant colonel, the former staff of the Ministry of War, and later transferred to the staff of the Mishan Military Management Zone in Heilongjiang); Zhang Jin (a pseudo-military instructor); Qing Yu Huai (the main instructor of the Puppet Army); Ma Fan (pseudo instructor of Harbin Military Region School); Air force related to Ming Xiu (pseudo-air force captain, Shenyang Air Force flight officer); On the police side, there is Zhang Kecheng (once the captain of the Heilongjiang Heihe crusade team, and later transferred to the police chief of Fuyu County, Jilin Province); There is also Guan Ke (deputy secretary of the Puppet Army Department, official civilian secretary).

There are also some intelligence personnel who are middle-level personnel of various puppet Manchukuo institutions and have access to confidential information. For example, some of them worked as full-time reporters in the secretaries' offices of Premier the State Council and eight ministries and commissions and in the Red Newspaper Office, while others worked in the Puppet Manchuria Bureau of Official Needs, the Concord Association, the Central Headquarters, the Highway General Administration of the Ministry of Communications, Tumen Customs, the Puppet Manchuria Book Company, the central treasury of loach ceremony for developing agriculture, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, commercial unions and Fengtian Radio Station.

The most typical one is Zhang, the youngest son of Zhang Jinghui, the Prime Minister of the State Council in the Puppet Manchukuo. Zhang, also known as Zhang Mengshi, was influenced by his cousin and strengthened his national consciousness and patriotic thought. 1938 went to Waseda University in Japan to study and participate in the "Tokyo Youth Study in Japan to Save the Nation". With the deepening of understanding and affection for China. Actively carry out intelligence work for our party after returning home. On many occasions, under the guise of his father, he used his familiarity with senior officials of the Puppet Manchukuo to place many members of the National Salvation Association in important departments conducive to intelligence work. In particular, he used his special conditions to obtain very important military information and secrets many times. Although the official residence of Zhang Jinghui, the Prime Minister of Manchukuo, was heavily guarded, Zhang had an independent courtyard and a spacious house in the official residence. Changchun intelligence workers often come here to hold secret meetings, copy information and collect information. The official residence of the puppet Manchukuo Prime Minister was originally the base camp of our party's Changchun intelligence station. Soviet troops were stationed in Changchun when Japan surrendered. Zhang's sense of righteousness destroyed his family and led the Soviet army to arrest 13 traitor ministers, including his father, and sent them to the Soviet war criminals camp. A few years later, Zhang Jinghui, the Prime Minister of the Puppet Manchukuo, Puyi, the Emperor of the Puppet Manchukuo, and the generals and spy chiefs of the major traitors and Kwantung Army were dumbfounded when they heard that Zhang was an intelligence officer of the Chinese Communist Party. They never dreamed that a ticking time bomb was buried in the official residence of Premier Zhang Jinghui.

In War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the Northeast Intelligence Organization fulfilled its duties and actively worked, and gave a series of important information back to the anti-Japanese base areas: 1. The strategic deployment and strategic thinking of the Japanese Kwantung Army in the northeast of China: 2. The Japanese anti-war thinking of the Puppet Manchukuo: 3. The establishment, strength, weapons and equipment, military deployment, military training, combat capability and ideological trends of officers and men of the Puppet Manchukuo Army; Four, the type, quantity, performance, route and port fortress facilities of naval vessels; 5. Model, performance, airport and base of the air force; Six, a detailed map of port fortress facilities and airport base; Seven, about Liaoning, Changchun (Xinjiang), Shenyang, Anshan and other places of important facilities, weapons production factories, traffic arteries, etc. They are all painted with detailed target maps for aerial bombing; 8. Information collected by the Puppet Manchurian Army and the police about the Japanese Puppet Army attacking the Northeast Anti-Japanese Guerrillas; Nine, about the army, police, repression and counter-espionage and other special defense measures; Ten, puppet Manchuria finance, finance, budget and final accounts, important economic, cultural and educational policies. 194 1 In the autumn of, a special telegram was handed over to Li Yunchang, commander of the Jire-Liao Military Region. It was a telegram forwarded by the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Ministry of Social Affairs (secret service organization): it was asked to find out whether Japanese Lieutenant General Yamashita secretly arrived in the northeast within a week-the Soviet Union urgently needed to know whether Japan's next attack direction was south or north.

This task was quickly handed over to Fengtian Zhicheng Bank. After the research of Zhang Weixian, Gong and others, this important task related to the process of the anti-fascist war was quickly handed over to Zhang, who served in the Prime Minister's Office of the Puppet Manchukuo in the Beijing News (now Changchun).

194 1 autumn, the world anti-fascist war entered the most difficult stage. Nazi Germany quietly invaded the Soviet Union, which suffered heavy losses. The United States has not yet entered the war, Britain is being bombed, and our party is building a base for anti-Japanese encirclement and suppression.

At that time, the Soviet Union was at a critical stage in defending Moscow. The Germans surrounded Moscow, but they could not attack it for a long time. And the Soviet Union did not have enough military strength to break the German siege. The warring sides are in a stalemate. If either side adds new troops, it will decide the outcome of the battle. At that time, there was only one mobile unit left in the Soviet Union, which was stationed in the Far East bordering northeast China. Stalin wanted to transfer this unit to counterattack Dekou, but he was afraid that the Japanese Kwantung Army would invade the Soviet Union from northeast China to cooperate with Hitler's Germany. Stalin thought and thought, and it was difficult to make up his mind.

As an important general of the Japanese army, Yamashita Tomomi is about to accept a new task. Will he invade the south or attack the Soviet Union with Germany in the north? This was the information that the Soviet side was most concerned about at that time. To accomplish such an important task, only Zhang, the underground party member of our Party, is the only one.

Zhang took action immediately after receiving the task. Zhang goes to his father's office to read confidential documents in the name of study every day. Soon, he noticed a confidential document: Yamashita Tomomi resigned as the commander of the "Manchuria" defense force.

However, this document does not answer the actual whereabouts of Yamashita's paper. Since then, Zhang has inquired about the high-level dynamics of the battlefields such as the Kwantung Army and the North China Army, but he has never obtained relevant news.

Finally, he found the answer from the confidential document: the elite troops of the Kwantung Army began to gather south, and the top Japanese troops stationed in the northeast remained unchanged. In view of this, Zhang judged that Yamashita was very likely to go to the south. Sure enough, in the secret documents of the puppet Manchukuo, Tomoko Yamashita left Tokyo and secretly arrived in Sanya on1October 26th 194 165438+.

Zhang Li immediately sent this information to Changchun underground party liaison station, and then delivered this information to Chengxin Bank. Zhang Weixian gave the information to He Songting, who contacted him on a single line, and He Songting sent the information to the social department of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei.

A week later, Stalin decisively transferred Soviet troops from the Far East to the front to defend Moscow. These important reserves played a key role in the victory of Moscow's defense war. At the end of 1943, Comrade Xu Jianguo sent a special correspondent Zhang Youheng to sneak into Shenyang, made a full investigation and understanding of the Northeast intelligence organization led by Zhang Weixian, and conducted repeated discussions and studies with this organization in Northeast China. After returning to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Commissioner wrote a more detailed report on the work in Manchuria, which was given to Xu Jianguo who was attending a meeting in Yan 'an at the beginning of 1944. Xu Jianguo read it and forwarded it to Chairman Mao for review. At first, it was difficult for our Party Central Committee to understand the situation in Northeast China. After learning that the situation of intelligence work in Northeast China has been opened, Chairman Mao said happily: "Northeast China is not monolithic, and the national defense line (referring to the border of the puppet Manchukuo) can be broken through, and Manchuria has great potential."

During the long period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the organization led by the Social Department of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Branch was hidden for a long time, but two comrades were arrested as suspects when the Kuomintang organization was destroyed by the Japanese puppet troops, and no other losses were suffered. According to Zhong Ziyun, a former minister of social affairs of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Branch, "When the secret revolutionary organization established by our party in Northeast China for many years was completely destroyed, only this information liaison organization led by the social affairs department of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei was preserved." After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, the team took advantage of the favorable opportunity to make new progress. For example, Yao Gen, stationmaster of Shenyang Railway Station, Bai Hao, engineer of Chiang Kai-shek Air Force Command, Baishan, director of the war room of the Second Brigade of appeasement, and Ma Fan, Lu Tian and Lan Zhongyu, who entered the key parts of Chiang Kai-shek, all joined the intelligence front at this time. They may search for military intelligence; Or shaken and disintegrated, even rebelled against Chiang Kai-shek's uprising, or assisted the public security organs in cracking down on hidden secret service organizations and made outstanding contributions in the covert struggle.

1945 8. 15 After the Japanese imperialism surrendered, most of the comrades in this intelligence organization did not disclose their identities, and some continued to do intelligence work secretly within the enemy. It played an important role in searching for Japanese aggressors and puppet Manchuria criminals, detecting Kuomintang secret service organizations and serving the Northeast Liberation War. If Comrade Zhang Mengshi provides information to the Soviet Red Army, the puppet Manchurian ministerial traitors headed by Zhang Jinghui will be wiped out. Later, he was escorted to the Soviet Union with the last emperor Puyi and other important criminals, where he worked as an interpreter for six years. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he came back to contact the party's organizational relations. Another example is the arrest of Zhang Bosheng, the head of the Kuomintang military spy. He was sent directly to Beiman and Harbin to spy, and was also captured by the accurate information they provided. In the War of Liberation, the intelligence organization of the Northeast Party planned the uprising of Wang Jiashan, commander of the Kuomintang troops stationed in South Manchuria. As well as the elimination of Liao Yaoxiang troops in Liaoshen Campaign, they all played an important role.

After the Japanese invaders surrendered, the Eighth Route Army first took over Shenyang, and the leading organs of the Northeast Bureau of the Communist Party of China were stationed in the northeast. 1945 10 was introduced by Zhang Weixian and Yi Ding, and was re-absorbed by the social department minister of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Northeast Bureau and Zou Dapeng. party member's identity was not made public.

1945 1 1 When the Eighth Route Army withdrew from Shenyang in October, the party organization instructed Zhang Weixian and Gong to stay in Shenyang as representatives of the industrial and commercial circles and work as banks to understand the enemy's situation and social conditions in Shenyang. In 65438+February, after the Kuomintang troops occupied Shenyang, Zhang Weixian and Gong stayed in Shenyang to fight against the Kuomintang, and their work was very difficult.

1946, Pan Hannian, the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, arrived in the northeast to take charge of intelligence work. At this time, the smell of gunpowder in the civil war was already quite strong, and the unstable Northeast Bureau was preparing to leave Shenyang and move to Fushun. Pan Hannian immediately discussed with Zou Dapeng, then Minister of Social Affairs of Dongbeiju, and decided that Zou would leave Shenyang with the leading organs of Dongbeiju, while Pan Hannian was new here and nobody was familiar with Shenyang, so he stayed here to guide the intelligence work. So, Zou Dapeng introduced Zhang Weixian, the head of Shenyang intelligence work at that time, to Pan Hannian, and Zhang arranged a small cover for Pan's activities under the pseudonym Chen, so that Pan could live in a small home. (1972) During the resumption of the negotiations on the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and China, the Japanese government decided to send Xiao Qianjin as the chief representative of China Memorandum Trading Office in Tokyo to take charge of the liaison work of the negotiations on the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan and coordinate the schedule of Prime Minister Tanaka's visit to China. Premier Zhou once verbally conveyed to the Japanese side that Xiao is the Chinese liaison. )

At the beginning of Pan Hannian's intelligence work in Shenyang, an accident happened. One day, Zhang Weixian ran to Pan Hannian and reported that one of his former relationships had been arrested and defected, and Zhang himself had to leave Shenyang temporarily. In this way, Pan Hannian's work here has lost its support. Rao Shushi, who happens to attend the military dispatch department, is in Shenyang. Rao and his assistant live in a big hotel in the city. Pan Hannian managed to deliver a letter to Rao. After reading this letter, Rao sent Ye, a reporter of Shanghai News in Northeast China, as party member to cover Pan Hannian and Zhang Weixian's withdrawal from Shenyang.
