Step 1:-
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour the thick pan where the cake is to be baked.

Put two cups of sugar into a bowl and add one third cup of flour. Now, add 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1. 5 teaspoons of baking powder, 1. 5 teaspoons baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt.

In this step, all the dry materials are mixed together. Next, add two eggs, a cup of milk, half a cup of vegetable oil and two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Now, stir with medium-speed electric mixture for about two minutes. Then slowly pour a cup of hot water into the batter and stir well.
Step 4:-
After mixing with hot water, you may think that the batter will become thinner first, but it will get better during mixing. You can see small bubbles on the batter. Now, pour the batter into the oil pan we prepared in the first step.
Step 5:-
Put the oil pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes. You can put a toothpick in the cake to see if it is dry when it comes out, so as to check whether the cake is ready. If the toothpick is dry, it means that the cake has been baked. If it is not baked well, put the cake back and bake it for another 2-3 minutes.
