500g of fresh meat sauce, 0/00g of asparagus/kloc-,200g of carrots, 200g of potatoes and a chunk of ginger.
Exercise:
1. Add 5g of salt, 5g of pepper, 20g of cooking wine, 20g of soy sauce, 1 00g of water and1egg into minced meat, and stir into tendons.
2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces, pat the ginger gently, add 1500ml water to boil, and dig into meatballs with a spoon.
