Accessories: half an onion.
Seasoning: salt 1/2 tsp, cooking wine 2 tsp, soy sauce 1 tsp, oyster sauce 1 tsp, starch 2 tsp, sugar 1/2 tsp, corn oil 2 tsp and water 2 tsp.
Fried beef with onion;
① First, the beef is cut into strips reversely.
② Add marinade (salt 1/2 teaspoons, cooking wine 2 teaspoons, corn flour 2 teaspoons, water 2 teaspoons), knead well, and marinate 15-20 minutes.
③ Then, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
(4) Cool the oil in a hot pot, and put the beef into the chute.
⑤ Stir-fry the beef until it is half-cooked, and serve it.
6. Stir-fry the onion with the remaining oil in the pot until the onion is cut off.
