Goat milk dishes menu
Goat milk vegetable is an annual wild green vine in Qinglong Town, Jianshui. It contains a white slurry that looks like goat's milk, so it is named goat's milk dish. It is generally suitable for growing in mountainous or semi-mountainous areas with humid climate. Its petiole is green oval, 3~8cm long, and its fruit is blue oval, with lush vines and strong vitality.

The edible parts of goat milk vegetables are leaves and tender fruits, which can be harvested after May every year. The general eating method of Jianshui people is to collect leaves and tender fruits, wash them, mash them, mix them with white wine, salt and red pepper, and pickle them in cans for 1~2 months before eating. Pickled mutton dishes are red and green, with moving color, unique flavor and full color and fragrance. It can be eaten alone or used as a seasoning for other foods. Now is the harvest season of sheep cabbage, and a large number of sheep cabbages have been listed.
