Fried shrimp paste with spinach
Ingredients: 240g spinach, 5 shredded peppers, 0/0g shrimp skin/kloc-0, 0g minced garlic/kloc-0, 0/teaspoon broth, 0/2 teaspoons oyster sauce/kloc-0, and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Wash Ipomoea aquatica, and cut the stems and leaves into sections about 3~4cm long for later use;
2. Soak the dried shrimps in cold water and chop them for later use;
3. Heat the oil pan, add minced garlic, shrimp paste and shrimp and stir-fry until the fragrance overflows;
4. Add 1 seasonings such as spinach and shredded pepper, stir-fry evenly over high fire, and finally add broth and stir-fry out of the pan.
Fried shrimp paste with green beans
Ingredients: 400g green beans, 2 eggs, shrimp paste, red pepper, chopped green onion, peanut oil, salt, sugar and sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash the green beans, remove the tendons, cut them into powder, put them in a pot and oil (or blanch them) until cooked, and take them out;
2. Beat the eggs, add the shrimp paste and mix well;
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the eggs and shrimp paste and stir fry, then add the green beans, add the seasoning and stir well.
Fried shrimp paste with eggs
Ingredients: two eggs, a little shrimp sauce and a little chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1, beat the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of shrimp paste according to personal taste, add a little chopped green onion and stir together.
2. After the pot is heated, pour in cooking oil, and pour the stirred egg liquid into the pot for frying.
3. Stir fry until the egg mixture is basically formed, add a little water, and continue to stir fry for two minutes.
