Qili Township, also known as Taoyuan Qili, is named after the Qili Xiangxi River. It is located in the northwest of Kecheng District, Quzhou City. It is a pure mountainous area with an average altitude of 650 meters and belongs to the Huaiyu Mountain System of the Qianligang Mountains. . The forest coverage rate is 98%, and the average annual temperature is 14 degrees Celsius. I heard that this is a good place to escape the summer heat many years ago, but due to various reasons, I only heard about its name and never visited it.

On July 14, with the encouragement of my wife and accompanied by her, I joined a small group of acquaintances and came here to rest and escape the summer heat. Among the team were Zhao Ximing and his wife, Chen Zhangrong and his wife, Shen Xueqi and Xiang Huiyan. Departing from Lanxi, enter the Hangzhou-Xinjing Expressway via Zhuge, and arrive at the destination - Wenrong Farmhouse, Luojia New Village, Qili Township, one and a half hours later. Most of the villagers in Luojia New Village are surnamed Luo. When they came down the mountain to escape poverty, they moved to the village from Zhutouwu in Houshan. The village is adjacent to the Qili Xiangxi River. The upper line is Datou Village, where the Qili Township Government is located, and the lower line is Huangtuling Village, which is close to Longtan Waterfall. The outdoor temperature in the past few days has been 26 degrees Celsius.

After dinner on the 14th, we took a walk along the stream and went up to the Xindian Covered Bridge. I was still recovering from lumbar surgery and it was inconvenient for me to travel far, so I rested on the bridge. The companions continued to move forward, reaching Datou and then returning.
