3. Service charges refer to the fees charged by kindergartens for organizing activities for children in the park and providing services voluntarily chosen by their parents according to the actual needs of children's study and life in the park, mainly including: deferred custody fees.

The normal teaching time of full-time kindergarten children in the park is 9 hours a day. Entrusted by parents, kindergartens (full-time kindergartens only) that provide custody services for children in the park after the park is closed from Monday to Friday can charge deferred custody fees.

Kindergarten should announce the income and expenditure of meals to parents before next month 10, and return all the balance to parents of young children at the end of the semester.

Expenses for going out for activities. Refers to the expenses incurred by kindergartens in organizing children to visit and play outside.
