1. Education fee refers to the fee charged by kindergarten to parents of young children (including providing them with necessary daily necessities, heating and cooling equipment, safety facilities, etc.). ).

2. Accommodation fee refers to the fees charged by boarding kindergartens to children who voluntarily stay in the park by providing accommodation conditions. The expenses incurred by the kindergarten in providing lunch break for the children in the park are included in the childcare fee, and no accommodation fee is charged.

3. Service charges refer to the fees charged by kindergartens for organizing activities for children in the park and providing services voluntarily chosen by their parents according to the actual needs of children's study and life in the park, mainly including: deferred custody fees.

The normal teaching time of full-time kindergarten children in the park is 9 hours a day. Entrusted by parents, kindergartens (full-time kindergartens only) that provide custody services for children in the park after the park is closed from Monday to Friday can charge deferred custody fees.

School bus fee If the kindergarten provides its own or rents a school bus to transport children to the park, the school bus fee can be charged.

4. Fees refer to the fees charged and paid by kindergartens for providing services to facilitate children's study and life in the park on the premise of parents' voluntary, mainly including:

Meal expenses (including nutritious meals). Meal fees charged by kindergartens can only be used to pay for meals related to children's meals, and cannot be used to pay for other indirect expenses. Kindergarten should announce the income and expenditure of meals to parents before next month 10, and return all the balance to parents of young children at the end of the semester.

Medical examination fee. Refers to the kindergarten in accordance with the provisions of the health department unified organization in the park children's regular physical examination costs.

Expenses for going out for activities. Refers to the expenses incurred by kindergartens in organizing children to visit and play outside.

Kindergartens should follow the principle of non-profit and "parents voluntarily, truthfully collect, timely settle accounts, regularly publish, refund more and make up less", and the charging items and standards should be informed and publicized in advance, and the fees must be accounted for separately, and shall not be charged together with the teaching fees.

Kindergartens shall not charge parents any fees other than teaching fees, accommodation fees, service fees and agency fees voluntarily paid by parents upon approval. Kindergartens are not allowed to charge books. Children who have not paid voluntary fees and service fees shall not be treated differently. Children entering the park are charged monthly or by semester, and cross-semester advance payment is not allowed.
