As soon as the meat changes color, add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry a few times, put it into various bowls, then pour hot porridge into each bowl and mix well with chopsticks to serve.

Add onion, garlic and pepper to the wok. Add chopped tomato pieces and stir-fry until you get soup. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the noodles into the pot and cook, constantly stirring the noodles, add cabbage and salt when the noodles are almost cooked, and add sesame oil to the bowl when the noodles are cooked.

9. Tofu brain: stir a proper amount of gypsum with a small amount of water, the amount of water is three thousandths to five thousandths of the amount of soybean milk, put it in a container filled with tofu brain, and rinse the cooked soybean milk while it is hot.
