Southern Song Dynasty cuisine includes crab roe, Dongpo meat, Wu Shan shortbread, Songsaozi soup and hairy meatballs.
1. Crab stuffed orange: made of high-quality Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs and oranges ripe in the season, with novel dishes, delicious taste and special smell.
2. Dongpo Meat: According to legend, it was created by Su Shi, a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty. Pork is the main ingredient and stewed with ingredients. It is bright red, like agate. Soft but not rotten, fat but not greasy.
3. Wu Shan shortbread: It is made by mixing white flour with white sugar and frying with peanuts. The cake is golden in color, crisp and delicious, and quite flavorful.
