Su Shi (1037-11year), Zi Zhan, was a famous writer and painter in the Northern Song Dynasty. He is from Meishan, Sichuan. He has been eager to learn since he was a child. I have personally cooked, created Dongpo soup and Yuman soup, and summed up the thirteen-character formula of Huangzhou barbecued pork. In today's Sichuan cuisine named after Dongpo, there are Dongpo elbow and Dongpo cuttlefish, which shows its influence on later generations.
