Fried pickles with chicken
1. Boned chicken leg and cut into small pieces, washed pickles and shredded, peeled ginger and shredded red pepper.
2. Saute shredded ginger in oil, stir-fry chicken until cooked, stir-fry pickles until juice is collected, and stir-fry red pepper.
