Ingredients for stewed chicken with ribs

Pork ribs 1.5 kg, chicken legs 1, mushrooms (hazelnuts), onions 1, star anise 3, salt 5g, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, thirteen spices and cooking wine.

Steps of stewed chicken with ribs

1. Mushrooms are soaked in hot water 1 hour or more.
