4. Pour boiling water less than half the height of the ribs, bring to a boil, gently press the back of the knife with Amomum villosum, put it in the pot, cover the lid and stew it over high fire.
Until you hear the sizzling of grease in the pot, it means that the water is almost dry. Turn the heat down, open the lid, stir fry, add a little salt, then pour 1 tbsp aged vinegar along the edge, turn off the heat and stir fry evenly.
