Health effects:

Composition:
500g beef, carrot 1, tomato 1, pepper 1 pinch, 2 slices of ginger, half onion, star anise 1, 200ml red wine, a little vinegar, a little pepper, a little oil, a little salt and a little water.
Recipe practice:
1. Prepare ingredients: cut beef, blanch in blood, cut tomatoes and carrots, cut onions and slice ginger.
2. Pour 100 ml red wine into beef, then add pepper and a little salt to marinate for more than half an hour.

4. Add onion and ginger and saute.
