Soybean 1 cup

Chinese hard liquor
Light soy sauce

How to stew chicken feet with soy beans?
Put the soybeans in a cold pot, stir-fry them with slow fire, soak them in clear water for 10 minute, and wash them.
Chop off the nails of chicken feet, cut each chicken into 2~3 pieces, rinse off the floating foam after flying, and pat the ginger flat after peeling.
