500g spinach, edible salt, cooking oil, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, minced garlic and chicken essence.
Exercise:
1, remove the roots and leaves of spinach and wash it for later use.
2. Boil hot water in the pot, add a little salt and cooking oil, and then blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds.
3. Soak the cooked spinach in cold water quickly to squeeze out the excess water, then put the spinach in a cup and gently press down some excess water again.
4. After standing for 1~2 minutes, put the cup upside down on the plate.
5. Take a clean small bowl. Add two spoonfuls of tomato sauce, minced garlic, chicken essence and a little hot water and mix well. If you have peanuts or sesame seeds, you can add a little.
6. Finally, pour the prepared sauce on the spinach.
