Ingredients: tomatoes, old tofu, eggs
Seasoning: a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar, and a little salt.
Exercise:
1. Beat the eggs, cut the old tofu into pieces, and fry them in egg liquid until golden on both sides.
2. Dice the tomatoes, stir-fry the juice, add a little salt (which can make the tomato juice more), and then continue to add half a bowl of water to boil.
3. Add tofu and simmer for three minutes, add a spoonful of oyster sauce+a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of sugar instead of salt, and sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
