Pages is one of Apple's iwork suites, similar to word in Microsoft office, and has been used to view doc documents.

How to use Pages

After opening Pages on iPhone, click the+button in the upper left corner to create a new Pages document, as shown in the figure below.

Then you can click the "Create Document" option, as shown in the figure below.

Then you can select some preset document templates. Let me take creating a blank document as an example.

Then, you can enter text, insert pictures, and arrange the formatting and paragraphs of the text in the document. When finished, click the "Finish" button to return.
