1. Wash the green pepper, cut off the pedicle, dig out the seeds with a spoon and cut into appropriate lengths.
2. Put the soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar and salt into a bowl and mix them evenly to form a sauce.
3. Marinate minced meat in advance 15 minutes, fry in the pan until cooked, and take it out for later use.
4. Pour lard into the pot. When the pot is hot, put the green pepper into the pot, fry it slowly with a small fire, gently press it with a spatula, turn it over in time and heat it evenly.
5. Pour in minced garlic, sauce, stir-fry minced meat, cover and simmer for a minute or two.
6. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar to taste.
