Recommend one: laver and pineapple rice.
Ingredients: pineapple, laver, oil, glutinous rice.
Soak the oil rice overnight, then steam it over water and let it cool. Chop the pineapple meat (there is no stone in the middle of the pineapple) and mix well with the steamed oil rice for later use. Cut the pineapple core into filaments.
Spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi roll, spread a thin layer of glutinous rice with freshly mixed pineapple oil on it, sprinkle with a little pineapple core, roll it up gently, and then change the knife and cut it into small pieces.
You can wrap many kinds of fruits and vegetables in the same way. You can make more at a time and put it in the refrigerator.
