Mango with coconut milk and peach gum
Peach gum is a resin secreted from the bark of Rosaceae plants such as peach or mountain peach.
material
250ml coconut milk, 30g peach gum (also called peach oil) and 50g mango.
working methods
1. Wash peach gum, coconut juice and mango.
2. Put the peach gum into a container, add ten times more water than it, and soak for about 3 hours.
The soaked peach gum looks dirty and needs to be washed several times to remove impurities.
4. Filter the washed peach gum with a sieve.
5. Put the peach gum into the waterproof stew, and pour the coconut juice directly into the water to make the stew more delicious.
6. Connect the power supply inside and outside the pot cover, press the function key to select, and stew for about 2 and a half hours.
7. After washing the mango, gently scrape it from one end of the peel to the other with the back of a knife, then tear off the peel, take out the pulp with a knife and cut it into thin slices along the grain of the pulp.
8. Take it out and divide it into 4 cups, and let it cool naturally. If you like to eat ice, you can put it in the refrigerator and continue to cool down after natural cooling.
