Seafood: squid, eel, fragrant fish fillets, and some clams if possible.
Vegetables: mushrooms, eggplant and potato chips.
Staple food: steamed bread slices. If you are from the north, tortillas are delicious to bake.
Seasoning: salt, Chili powder, cumin, garlic Chili sauce (delicious on staple food and vegetables)
Don't forget to bring drinks and beer, which goes well with barbecue!
