Ingredients for stewed jelly soup
Half a bowl of jelly, a large bowl of water, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp chopped green onion, appropriate amount of garlic sprouts, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 4 fungus, 4 florets of garlic, five or six yellow garlic 5 green vegetables, half a sausage, 2 grams of pepper, an appropriate amount of vinegar, half a carrot, a teaspoon of oil
Step 1
Soak the fungus and shiitake mushrooms first, wash the green vegetables, and turn the garlic into yellow Cut the garlic sprouts into about 2 centimeters. If they are too small, they will not be fried. Then slice the mushrooms, and if the fungus is large, just cut it in half. Slice sausage. The meat can be replaced with pork, chicken, pig intestines, etc.
Step 2
You can substitute whatever dishes you have at home. But garlic sprouts, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms are the soul of this dish in my opinion, and everything else can be replaced.
Step 3
The jelly should be cut into pieces, not too small, otherwise it will not cook. I made it for two people and only used half a bowl of jelly.
Step 4
Heat the pot and pour an appropriate amount of oil into it, just like normal cooking. Put the sausage first, then the garlic sprouts.
Step 5
Then there are shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and fungus. Stir-fry
Step 6
Add carrots, stir-fry, and pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce. I don't like dark soup, so I didn't add dark soy sauce. Add salt, the usual amount for cooking, and turn off the heat. Don't over-fry it.
Step 7
Place the vegetables on a plate and add a large bowl of water to the pot. A bowl of water is just right for two people.
Step 8
After the water boils, add the fried vegetables, cook for half a minute, and add the jelly.
Step 9
The jelly will not be transparent when it is first put into the pot. It will be cooked when it becomes translucent.
Step 10
When the jelly becomes translucent, add green vegetables and yellow garlic. Don't stir too hard or the jelly will break easily. You can turn it over with a shovel a few times.
Step 11
Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, pepper (I used black pepper), and chicken essence. Finally add chopped green onion. Turn off the heat.
Step 12
If you like hot and sour, add it yourself. I only added vinegar and it was still delicious.
Step 13
