working methods
1. All materials are washed and cut into sections for later use.
2. Put oil in the wok, add shredded ginger to make it taste, add crab and stir-fry until it is slightly red, then add chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3 minutes, add cooking wine, stir-fry until the chicken is slightly dry, add broth and even add 1 tsp sugar to cook.
