It takes about 20 minutes to stew pork ribs in an electric pressure cooker.
Ingredients: ? Drained ribs, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, 3 pieces of ribs = 1 tsp sugar, salt 650ml water = 4 tsp sugar, half salt vinegar 650ml water = 3 caps of vinegar, 1 cap of cooking wine Dried chili peppers
1. Blanch the pork ribs.
